Please read the below guidelines carefully as incomplete applications will not be considered for awards. If there are any extenuating circumstances you feel we should know about, please include a separate attachment and explanation. Also, please check all of your facts and figures for accuracy. Honest evaluation of your individual circumstances helps ensure an equitable awards program for all.
We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when you apply:
1. Applicants must submit a formal list of activities, work, volunteer experience, and
extracurricular involvement.
2. Graduating high school seniors must be accompanied by a copy of the
acceptance letter from the institution of higher learning.
3. Scholarships will be awarded based on the information included with this
application, it is expected that the student will attend the school cited on the
application.
4. It is understood that the term “academic year” begins with the fall semester.
5. Applications must be typed and submitted electronically.
6. If selected, scholarship recipients are requested to provide the NHPA with a high-resolution
profile picture and agree to its publication in our biannual magazine as well as on
our social media platforms.
7. Applications MUST be received via email by April 22, 2022, by 11:59 pm.
